Encore! Home School Productions

Encore! was started in 2001, by Debra Bell, Vicki Dincher, Jill Panyard and a group of moms from the Learning Center homeschool co-op, as a way to give homeschool students in Central PA the same type of theatrical opportunities available in conventional schools.

In 2006 we produced our first musical, Bye, Bye, Birdie. Since then we have staged an annual spring musical, fall plays, and provided ongoing acting, dancing, and singing workshops and dramatic arts opportunities to our cast members and their families.

We have participated in the Hershey Theatre Apollo Awards since 2011, providing opportunities for our students to win scholarship money for their nominations and awards.
